I started my therapy journey with Jennifer over a year ago. When I met her, I had no idea how to control my emotions and reactions to certain situations and had a very low self-esteem. I can truly say that working with Jennifer weekly has instilled a new senseof confidence and self-awareness that I have never experienced before. She has helped me tremendously with my thought patterns, understanding and advocating for myselfas well as growing in my interpersonal relationships. Her exercises and treatment implementation is spot on for every season. Although life will always throw hurdles, going to Jennifer has helped me understand that I am capable of overcoming them.
